Anyone close to Scranton probably can't help but see the positive things happening in the town. But a national magazine gave the city a shot in the gut when published it's list of "Americas fastest-dying cities." Forbes magazine put Scranton on the list....the magazine looks at population trends, unemployment and gross domestic product growth. While the story hurts the city's image....those close to Scranton know it's doesn't tell the whole picture.
