Heinz is the only ketchup I've ever bought. It's the only ketchup my parents ever bought. Until last week, it was the only ketchup my wife bought.
I went in the refirgerator to get the ketchup for my hamburger and it was store-brand ketchup! What in the ever lovin' name of H.J. Heinz was going on?
I complained. You don't mess with my ketchup! Store brands are OK for other things...like vegetable oil, vinegar, etc., but ketchup is a flavor addition, and I'm used to Heinz.
She then told me to get a new job so we could afford Heinz. Apparently ketchup was one of the foods that shot up in price over the past couple of months. She decided to save a buck. Then she tasted the ketchup. I think we'll be returning to Heinz in the future.
