Scranton Police Continue Stabbing Investigation

Scranton police are studying surveillance videos taken at the time 79 year old Frank Locks was stabbed in the neck on the sidewalk near the Gino Merli Veterans Center Monday morning. They show an unidentified man and some vehicles that were in the vacinity around 7am. The horrible attack happened not far from Locks's home in the Forum Towers.

Meanwhile, a man who lives in a shelter was stabbed in the neck late last night. Police say the victim and the susepct were sitting on the wall of the United Neighborhood Progressive Center when the attack happened.
