Kadluboski Got The Man, Now Gets The $

The civilian crime fighter who was fighting for his just-reward is a winner. Wilkes Barre City Wide Towing owner Bob Kadluboski has a knack for sometimes beating police to the bad guys..and girls. He caputured...at gunpoint....Joseph Solomon Jr., after the young man from Hanover Township led police on a three-day chase that included police cars being smashed, gunfire, and an officer and a woman suffering injuries. Crime Stoppers offfered him $12 hundred ....but the top prize was $2,000. A district judge awarded Kadluboski the full amount. He says half will go to Kingston's K-9 unit, he'll share some with a person involved in the first night of Solomon's spree, and an ailing Scranton police officer.
