Fire gutted a fourth-floor apartment at the Sherman Hills high rise at 300 Parkview Circle in Wilkes Barre early yesterday. The blaze sent about a hundred residents into the streets. One apartment was destroyed and smoke hit those in the floors above....water damaged affected lower ones.
