A jury in Florida on Friday dealt the bad news to Philip Forgione, of Dunmore. The panel found the North Webster Street man....and a couple of co-defendants....guilty of a bunch of charges related to the scamming of ADT securities to the tune of about $7 million in an illegal leasing scheme.
