Here's one part of Northeastern Pennsylvania where "obama" apparently is popular. It was the name of one of the brands of heroin collected after drug raiders took apart an alleged drug ring they say was responsible for distributing heroin in the Wyoming Valley. Frank Noonan, of the drug-fighting branch of the state attorney general's office, says it operated in the Wilkes-Barre-Kingston-Edwardsville area. Five people were taken into custody. Informants purchased heroin from a place on Ross Street in Kingston. A house on Oakwood Lane in Wilkes Barre was also allegedly used for drug-dealing.
